TextRad ("we", "our", or "us") provides AI-powered speech-to-text assistance for
radiology reporting and documentation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and
protect your information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
1. What Data We Collect
We collect the following minimal data to operate the service:

- Improve accuracy & user experience

4. Storage & Security
- Cloud storage: Google Firebase (India + global regions)
- Encryption: Data encrypted in transit & at rest
- Access control: Audit logs maintained
5. Data Retention
- Logs retained for minimum periods required by CERT-In
- Transcriptions stored until manually deleted by the user
- You may request deletion at any time from settings or support
6. Data Sharing
We may share data only with:
- Google Firebase services (infrastructure provider)
- Regulatory authorities if legally required
No third-party advertising networks.
7. Your Rights Under DPDP 2023
Users have the right to:
- Request access to their data
- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Raise grievances with our Grievance Officer
